Refund Policy
We do hope you will be pleased with everything you buy from us, but, if you want to return any items (except food), we are happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in the original, undamaged packaging.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods such chocolates unless they are faulty.
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
If you choose to have your goods delivered on a particular day using our courier service and we have not attempted to deliver on the day requested, we shall refund your delivery charge.
