We treat all the personal information you give us as confidential and we only disclose it to reputable third parties who will help process your order. We require all such third parties to treat your personal information as confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place. We will not release your personal information to any company outside of Wilton & Noble for mailing or marketing purposes.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and /or user information, we are entitled do so.

Description of products

We have tried to make sure that the content of this website is up to date and that the prices quoted and the descriptions of the products are correct at the time of publishing.  Nonetheless, we will only accept your order if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only and packaging of some products may vary from that shown.  The colours of some of our products may look different on your monitor from their actual colour on delivery, but we have tried to make the colours as accurate as possible within the restrictions of the medium.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wilton & Noble disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Wilton & Noble shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability and Substitution

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

For chocolate orders, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute similar goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

Delivery charges

Our delivery charges vary and depend on what you order and the service you select to have it delivered. We can only refund delivery charges in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancelling or amending your order

You can change any details on your order up to the point at which you click on the ‘place order’ button on the final page of our ordering process.

If you amend your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend the order).  Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days (with the exception of food). The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used.  Items should be in a resaleable condition and returned or collection arrangements made promptly at your cost.  If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection of which you will be notified at the time of cancellation

Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns and Refund Policy section.

Password/account security

Please keep your password and account details secure and not allow any activities that occur under your account to be unintentionally viewed or accessed. Wilton & Noble shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
